Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the software and services of SchäferSoft GmbH. By registering or using the service, users accept these terms in full.

Use of the software

The software may only be used for lawful and contractually agreed purposes. Any abusive use, manipulation or impairment of the systems is prohibited.

User accounts and access data

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their access data and all activities under their account. Sharing access data with third parties is not permitted.

Availability and maintenance

SchäferSoft GmbH strives for high availability of the services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may lead to temporary outages.

Costs and billing

Paid features or subscriptions are billed according to the applicable prices. Refunds of services already paid are only made where required by law.

Liability

Use of the software is at your own risk. Any liability for damages, data loss or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Users are responsible for entering their data correctly.

User obligations

Users undertake not to enter unlawful content, not to overload the software, not to bypass security mechanisms and to refrain from any misuse.

Copyrights

All rights to the software, code, designs and content are held by SchäferSoft GmbH. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited.

Termination and blocking

SchäferSoft GmbH may block or terminate user accounts if these terms are violated or if technical security risks exist. Users may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to the Terms of Service

SchäferSoft GmbH may amend these Terms of Service at any time. The currently published version applies.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SchäferSoft GmbH, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
